This fundraiser includes both an online auction
and an evening event at Unity in Marin located in Hamilton Field. A fun time will be had by all as we enjoy a reception, dinner, silent and live auctions of spectacular items and dancing to the wonderful live music of the Hamiltones!
Please join us in supporting the students at Hamilton School. All proceeds will be used by the PTA to provide classroom supplies and to fund educational opportunities that would otherwise not be possible.
Here’s How You Can Help
Attend the Auction: Purchase your tickets online or send a check made payable to 'Hamilton PTA', One Main Gate Dr., Novato, CA 94949. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.
Donate: If you have something to donate or you are trying to round up sponsors/donors/advertisers for the event, please download our Sponsorship, Donation and Advertising Form and read about How You Can Help (PDF in English and Spanish).
Advertise: To advertise on this Web site or in our event program, please contact jenelledito@gmail.com.
Bid Online: Check out the online auction and bid on items of interest to you. Be sure to let your family and friends know about the online auction Web site too! People living in other areas are welcome to bid on items, but a local person needs to handle shipping arrangements.
Support Our "Fund a Need" Project: Cash donations can also be used to “match” auction bidding that goes beyond the value of the donated items.
Table Reservations are available online or through the school office. Cash, checks, and credit cards are gratefully accepted for any contributions or purchases.
